About Flow State
Flow State is a locally owned, family-operated business serving Leadville and surrounding areas. We believe our business is a way to serve others, and we strive to work with integrity and excellence. It is our goal to serve each property as if it were our own, and we are always aiming to exceed expectations.
Our work changes with the seasons. Throughout the winter, we focus on snow removal, and when warmer weather arrives, we shift to lawn care and window cleaning to continue caring for properties through the summer months.
Locally Owned & Operated
Flow State is owned and operated by Leadville locals, Dani and Devin.
Dani also runs her own local business, Waypoint Partnerships, where she works as a mental health therapist.
Where It Started
Devin launched the business with a shovel, a snow blower, and a Subaru Outback, driven by the goal of building a life in the community he loved. By showing up consistently and doing the work right, Flow State quickly earned a reputation as a dependable service provider in Leadville.
Why We're Here
Dani and Devin are both mountain runners, and it was running that first brought them to Leadville. What started as a love for the trails and the altitude turned into a decision to settle here and build a life of their own, and Flow State grew out of that same commitment to the community they call home.
