Snow Shoveling Crew

Pay
Training Rate: $30/hr
Standard Rate: $32+/hr, based on performance
End of Season Bonus
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to perform physical labor in cold conditions
  • Early morning availability

As a Snow Shoveling Crew member, you'll be responsible for clearing residential and commercial properties during snow events. Duties include shoveling, operating a snow blower, and spreading ice melt as needed. Work is on-call and weather-dependent, often starting in the early morning and occasionally starting in the evening.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Early morning availability
  • Prior plowing or heavy equipment experience

As a Plow Truck Operator, you'll be responsible for clearing commercial and residential properties during snow events. Duties include plowing, occasional shoveling, and spreading ice melt. Work is on-call and weather-dependent, often starting in the early morning and occasionally starting in the evening.
