snow Shoveling crew
Pay: $30-50/hour, based on performance + seasonal bonus
Requirements: Valid driver’s license is preferred. Ability to perform physical labor in cold conditions and early morning availability.
As a Snow Shoveling Crew member, you’ll be responsible for clearing residential and commercial properties during snow events. Duties include shoveling, operating a snow blower, and spreading ice melt as needed. Work is on-call and weather-dependent, often starting in the early morning and occasionally starting in the evening.

snow Plow truck driver
Pay: $40-60/hour, based on performance + seasonal bonus
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, early morning availability and prior plowing or heavy equipment experience.
As a Plow Truck Driver, you’ll be responsible for clearing commercial and residential properties during snow events. Duties include plowing, occasional shoveling and spreading ice melt. Work is on-call and weather-dependent, often starting in the early morning and occasionally starting in the evening.
