Flow State has grown into one of Leadville's most relied-upon snow operations, and our goal has always been to raise the standard of service without raising the price of it. That's meant bringing live GPS tracking and real-time service updates to this market, documenting every snowfall so you know exactly what triggered service, and doing exactly what our contract outlines, every time.

Our Roof Snow Management Contract works proactively: we schedule frequent eave work and roof monitoring all season to stop ice dams before they start, and clear roofs as needed, before snow loads become a problem, all without you lifting a finger or constantly monitoring when to call.
Because it's scheduled, we can fit roof work into the gaps between storms instead of scrambling for it during high-demand weeks, which spreads work out over the season and avoids the higher rates that come with condensed, peak-demand scrambling, keeping your cost lower.
